Warranty and conditions of sale

The consumer code (legislative decree 206/05), to articles 128 to 135, regulates the legal guarantee on consumer goods sold to consumers outside commercial premises. This legal guarantee covers all defects in production and compliance on consumer goods purchased by consumers for two years. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred.

PROCEDURE FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OF GOODS:
